RETURN POLICY

At Dimour, we accept FREE returns within 3 business days only if the following conditions are met:

·       The received product is factory damaged or defected.

·       The product is not used in any way.

Once the return request is initiated, our team will inspect the product to confirm that it has not been used, altered, or damaged by the customer. Only after a successful inspection, the free return will be accepted.

If the product is found used, damaged or mishandled by the customer, Dimour will not be held responsible and no refund will be applicable in such cases.

Please make sure to inspect the product as soon as it is delivered. If you notice any damage upon delivery, immediately return the product to the courier and notify him about the issue. The item will be sent back for cross-checking by Dimour, and we will inform you about the exchange process accordingly.

If the above conditions are not fulfilled, the return request will not be entertained.

HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT

To initiate a return, please call us on +441183913656 or email us at support@dimour.com within the 3-day return period. Our call support is available from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

We will coordinate the pickup with our courier service.
Returned items must be in their original condition, along with all packaging and items included in the original delivery.

Returned products must strictly match the return conditions listed above.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Product exchanges are not offered unless the product is delivered damaged or defective, and reported within 3 days from the delivery date. Any request made after this period will not be considered for exchange.

REFUND POLICY

The refund process may take up to 10 business days, and in rare cases, up to 15 business days, excluding Fridays, Saturdays and UK public holidays.
Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment (Credit Card). Depending on your bank, a credit will appear in your next billing cycle for card payments.

The refund will only be initiated once the returned item has been received and approved by our inspection team.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase either by logging into your account or by contacting us at support@dimour.com.

If the product has already been dispatched, cancellation and refund will not be possible.
Please note that product exchange is not available, and if you wish to modify your order, you must cancel it first (if still eligible) and place a new order.

Dimour does not have access to make changes to customer accounts. All modifications must be made by the customer directly through their account.
